We want you to be completely satisfied with your ENNOVA SCENTING purchase. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return and exchange policy on most items.

What can be returned?

Diffusers (machines):  Get a full refund within 30 days, even if you change your mind (unused and in original packaging with a 20% restocking fee).

Unopened fragrance oils: Keep your home smelling fresh with confidence, knowing you can return unopened fragrance oils within 30 days.

Other eligible products:  Check the full list on our website to see if your item qualifies for a return.

What can’t be returned?

Used diffusers:  We can’t accept returns on diffusers that have been used.

Subscription program cancellations after the minimum term: If you love your fragrance subscription after 30 days, you’re good to go! If not, you can cancel, but you’ll need to pay the initial promotional discount.

Specific products: Candles, room sprays, and reed diffusers are excluded.

How to return or exchange:

• • Contact us: Let our friendly customer support team know you’d like to return or exchange your item. They can be reached at support@ennovascenting.com

• • Pack it up: Carefully repack your item in its original packaging, including all cords, adapters, and manuals. If you’re returning a diffuser, remove any fragrance oil to avoid damage.

• • Ship it back: You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.

• • Relax!  Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 10-14 business days and issue your refund or exchange.
